ASB Liaison Officer

Good Afternoon, I am currently representing Tower Hamlets Council who are offering an initial temporary contract for a period of 6 months with a view to be extended or offered a permanent position for the right candidate at a rate which is negotiable dependent upon experience We are looking for a ASB Liaison Officer this role will be based at: E1 1BJ The right candidate will: * Acting as the first point of contact for residents reporting anti-social behaviour. * Responding professionally to telephone calls, emails and enquiries from residents, stakeholders and partner agencies. * Providing support, advice and updates to victims of ASB. * Logging and allocating ASB cases using Civica APP, COMINO and other case management systems. * Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in line with data protection requirements. * Supporting ASB Officers with victim contact, interviews, follow-up enquiries and case administration. * Processing referrals to internal and external support agencies. * Preparing correspondence, reports, flyers and intelligence submissions. We require the following: * Has experience working in a customer-focused environment. * ASB experience * Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Can confidently deal with residents who may be vulnerable, distressed or experiencing difficult circumstances.
