Belmont Recruitment are looking to speak with Drug and Alcohol/recovery workers to take on the role of a ‘Recovery Coordinator – Aftercare Practitioner’ at a private charity in the Lewisham area. You will be managing a caseload of clients devising, implementing, and reviewing on-going recovery plans and treatment, liaising closely with the full range of workers and skills within the service team, including family members and significant others as appropriate. You will also carry out triage/screening assessments and comprehensive assessments with service users as well as referrals to external services.
