An expanding children’s residential provider is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a home supporting young people affected by trauma, neglect and abuse, who may present with challenging behaviours.
You will be responsible for the overall management and compliance of the home, ensuring high standards of care in line with legislation and the home’s Statement of Purpose. The role includes leading and developing staff, overseeing recruitment and training, working with multi-agency partners and liaising with Ofsted. Participation in the on-call rota is required.
Requirements:
- Level 5 Diploma (or working towards)
- Senior-level experience in children’s residential care
- Full UK driving licence
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
