Our Client is a leading Prop-Tech and Data company. Their mission is to facilitate and enable property transactions across the UK via their leading tech and services portfolio. They have a "Flat" organisational structure using a Matrix Style (similar to Spotify). This enables higher levels of accountability, and a decrease in "political" issues. Each team builds and owns a specific aspect of a product or a product.
This job description serves to show what skills essentially an ideal Fullstack candidate would have. However, we are aware that this is unlikely, and as such, the skills needed are flexible as are the positions. They can hire anyone from Frontend Engineers to Backend Engineers and every combination of skills. As long as you are a strong engineer and keen to work in an environment that everyone is trying to push things to the next level and not simply wait while their tech fades into obscurity, you will be a good fit.
