We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telemarketer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, promoting our products and services, and generating leads through effective communication. This role is essential in driving sales growth and building strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce products and services.
  • Engage in B2B sales conversations, identifying client needs and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls made, client interactions, and follow-up actions.
  • Analyse feedback and market trends to refine sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective outreach campaigns.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Achieve daily and weekly targets for calls made and leads generated.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred, particularly in a B2B environment.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and market opportunities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software is advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage with prospects effectively.
  • Highly organised and accountable.
