As a Spa Therapist at Britannic Explorer, a Belmond Train, you are part of a team responsible for providing professional and engaging therapies and massage treatments to guests in the onboard Wellness Suite. In this role, you will offer a full range of treatments to fulfil different client needs and objectives, always dedicated to their complete comfort and wellbeing. Primary Responsibilities
- This is a seasonal role which runs from March to November 2026.
- Greeting guests warmly and providing a welcoming, relaxing atmosphere.
- Offering information about available spa services, treatments and products.
- Scheduling appointments and managing bookings for spa treatments.
- Delivering a variety of spa services (body treatments, massages, facials) in a safe and comfortable manner.
- Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of spa products and services.
- Recommending and selling spa products to guests, providing personalised advice based on their needs.
Requirements
- Applicants must have eligibility to work in the UK.
- At least 1-3 years’ experience as a spa therapist.
- Minimum NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent.
- Company certificates gained within a recognised company training scheme.
- Genuine interest in and passion for wellness and body therapy.
- Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
