Primary Responsibilities Include Curate and manage the hotel’s wine list, ensuring a diverse and high-quality selection. Conduct wine tasting and provide recommendations to guests based on their preferences and the menu. Collaborate with the F&B team to create wine pairings that complement the dishes served. Train and mentor staff on wine service, by liaising with management including proper storage, handling and presentation.
