Job Description:
As a Product Operations Executive at Belmond Trains and Cruises, you are part of a team responsible for the service set-up and ongoing ownership of product and schedule content in booking and web systems. In this role, you will meticulously manage products itineraries and facilitate seamless communication between departments for any necessary product updates. Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Loading of system content and maintenance of schedules, packages and services in CRS/PMS/Web.
- Ownership and management of all product itineraries in CRS/PMS and web. Working closely with Local Operations and Marketing to capture, refine and implement all requirements.
- Documenting and coordinating mid-season content and schedule adjustments, maintaining a centralised record of adjustments by train or cruise for cross-department reference.
- Ensuring efficient and cost-effective usage of copywriter and translation services when reviewing copy by working closely with the Marketing team.
- Effectively communicating product updates and developments to Reservations, Sales and Marketing teams and working as a pivotal link between Local Operations and Sales/Res, including supporting with any relevant training sessions/presentations.

- 2+ years experience within a similar role, ideally within the travel industry.
- Demonstrated problem solving experience.
- Proven ability to multitask and maintain multiple working relationships across different teams.
- Exceptional communication, organisational and administrative skills.
