As Restaurant Manager at Britannic Explorer, a Belmond Train, you are part of a team responsible for all aspects of the restaurant’s day-to-day operation and for maintaining the highest standards of service in a relentless pursuit of perfection. - Extensive food and beverage product knowledge, including a good understanding of flavour profiles.
