Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Guest Service: Greet and seat guests warmly, present menus. Provide information on dishes, make recommendations, upsell when appropriate, and inform about daily specials.
- Reservations & Communication: Manage reservations, waiting lists, phone calls, and emails; respond to enquiries and coordinate special requests.
- Team Coordination Support: Collaborate with staff for smooth operation, ensure effective handovers between shifts, and assist with administrative tasks. Support with service when needed.
- Cleanliness & Organisation: Maintain a tidy reception and dining area, and support general restaurant cleanliness.
- Compliant Handling and Standards: Address guest concerns professionally, follow LQA and FORBES standards, and elevate issues as needed.
