Reporting to the HR Director for the Global Office, the HR Business Partner leads the strategic planning, execution, and implementation of global employee management processes and key HR projects aimed at enhancing employee relations and driving business results. This role champions project management excellence and consistency across the global office, ensuring synergy between HR initiatives and broader business objectives. As a strategic partner, the HR Business Partner provides proactive project management expertise, HR support, guidance, and solutions to managers and employees, fostering a supportive, high‐performing workplace culture. The role is pivotal in aligning HR projects with strategic goals, embodying the company's core values throughout the employee experience. Additionally, this role collaborates within a Global Office HR team to ensure consistent service delivery, while also spearheading efforts to optimize global project management practices and outcomes.
- Business Partnering
- Provide strategic HR support to enhance business performance by aligning HR initiatives with business goals.
- Proactively partner across stakeholder teams to understand their needs and provide tailored HR solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, effective relationships with managers and employees at all levels.
- Develop a deep understanding of the business and its challenges to provide relevant and impactful HR support.
- Work collaboratively with other HR functions to deliver seamless and integrated HR services.
- Work as part of a Global Office HRBP team, providing operational and partnered support whilst other team members are on leave, ensuring seamless HR service delivery.
- Responsible for the employee onboarding ensuring that the experience is second to none, from the moment of the application until they start.
- Responsible for the full employee cycle from recruitment up to exit interview.
- Project Management
- Support the HR Director in project managing the annual Performance Management process: project planning, internal communication, training toolkit, production of collaterals, data cleaning campaigns, ensuring global consistency and completion of the performance evaluation and development plans.
- Support the implementation of compensation and benefits programs within the Global Office.
- Lead the annual Individual Compensation Review (ICR) process for their stakeholder group, contributing to and supporting the overall Global office ICR process.
- Assist in the annual bonus and pay review process.
- Lead the design and deployment of global onboarding and offboarding employee experiences.
- Support Talent team with globally led projects, managing all operational matters on key initiatives: planning, relationship with internal & external stakeholders, reporting, and presentations.
- Assist in the preparation and management of the HR budget, monitoring costs and expenditures, in conjunction with the HR Director.
- Support the HR Director in building the Global People Strategic plan and budget presentations.
- People Project Management
- Support talent development by guiding managers on people matters and ensuring effective performance management providing guidelines and managing projects.
- Lead the talent review process for partnered groups, focusing on succession planning and talent identification, contributing to the overall Global office review.
- Additionally, assist in identifying development needs and support the implementation of global learning initiatives.

- Focus on enhancing employee engagement by activating the Employer Value Proposition (EVP) across the employee lifecycle and implementing initiatives based on employee feedback.

- Support the implementation and management of work‐life balance initiatives and rolling out projects.

- Financial and Reporting
- Assist in the preparation and management of the HR budget, monitoring costs and expenditures, in conjunction with the HR Director participating to senior projects.
- Responsible for the monthly and annual reporting along with preparing and delivering ad‐hoc reports.
- Responsible for processing invoices within your area of scope.
- Supporting and preparing payroll data and documentation to employees and department on a monthly basis related to any employee request.
