As Interior Design Manager at our Global Office, you are part of a team that brings the legend of Belmond to life. You will play a crucial role in providing an in‑house design service as part of a high‑performing, results‑oriented Design and Construction team. Whether this is through taking full responsibility for the design and execution of selected projects within Belmond's existing portfolio of hotels, trains, boats and safari camps or newly acquired properties, you will contribute to ensuring projects are delivered on‑brand, within budget and in line with Belmond Design guidelines. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with management and operations to understand the operational brief of each space.
- Create concept narratives and secure agreement on direction with the Interior Design Director.
- Design full concepts and present selected projects to the Design Review Committee for final sign‑off.
- Develop designs that adhere to Belmond brand guidelines and project budgets.
- Produce complete project documentation and liaise with operations, Project Directors, or property engineers to deliver projects on time, on‑brand, and on budget.
- Visit furniture manufacturers for prototype approvals.
- Attend site meetings to ensure successful installation.
- Accessorize and style spaces post‑installation for photography and launch.
- Work with the Procurement Director to identify potential suppliers for the Belmond Interior Design library.

Requirements
- Significant track record in delivering luxury hospitality design projects from concept to installation.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office.
- Strong understanding of FF&E sourcing and procurement processes.
- Deep knowledge of luxury hospitality standards and trends.
- Familiarity with sustainability principles in design.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and cultures.
- Degree in Interior Design or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally.
