As Global Talent & Inclusion Co-ordinator at our Global Office, you will be part of a team that drives extraordinary results behind the scenes to ensure our employees and candidates enjoy just as many memorable moments as our guests. Whether it is supporting project-based research and development for inclusion, or providing administrative support to Talent projects, amplifying our employer brand across Belmond's digital windows, or communicating with our next generation talent pools. This role will have impact across the breadth of our Talent and inclusion team and through supporting the delivery of initiatives you will be contributing to the strategic roadmap. Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Supporting day-to-day operations across all areas of Total Talent and diversity, equity and inclusion, enabling continuous improvement across recruiting organisational entities.
  • Providing administrative and facilitation support to the Senior Manager, Talent Projects along with the rollout of key initiatives and campaigns.
  • Working with key Belmond and LVMH stakeholders to support diversity, equity and inclusion events and communications, along with supporting the Global Director of Talent Management with research and development of policy and toolkits.
  • Supporting the Global Talent Experience, Senior Manager with employer brand campaigns and employee experience, using ATS data to ensure a high quality candidate engagement.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent business-related degree, or a professional vocational qualification in Human Resources, such as CIPD is preferable.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years' work experience in an HR related function.
  • A curious and inquisitive mindset with an appetite to develop a career within the field of HR.
  • Excellent working proficiency in the use of PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Attention to detail.
