As a Food & Beverage Steward on the British Pullman, a Belmond Train, you will join a team that delivers exceptional food and beverage service to all guests. Your role focuses on maintaining the quality and safety of the onboard environment while providing outstanding customer service.
Primary Responsibilities
- Prepare the restaurant car and related areas to support smooth operations.
- Ensure the wellbeing and safety of the car’s passengers.
- Assist with depot, Victoria Lounge, and departure point operations.
- Handle guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism.
- Maintain a full knowledge of onboard menus, boutique items, and the British Pullman operating areas.
- Acknowledge and handle any passenger requests, including dietary, medical, and special occasion requests.
Requirements
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- 1‑2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the luxury hospitality industry.
- Hospitality qualification an advantage.
- Good knowledge and understanding of food and wine.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
