As the Experience Butler onboard the British Pullman, A Belmond Train, you oversee and deliver a seamless, luxury experience for Celia's private dining guests on board, coordinating personalised arrangements and ensuring flawless end-to-end service on the day of the guests' trip. Reporting to the Train Manager, this is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual with a passion for excellence and storytelling in travel, a strong cultural awareness and an unswerving approach to maintaining standards.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for all Celia guests on the day of their trip, managing their expectations and ensuring their journey is meticulously executed.
  • Oversee the execution and delivery of the Celia Private Dining Car experience.
  • Liaise closely with other teams to ensure continuity of service and a flawless guest journey.
  • Make all necessary arrangements based on guest preferences and package inclusions, ensuring all bespoke arrangements, including private transfers, exclusive access, and personal hosts for enhanced excursions, are meticulously managed.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years in a similar role within a high-end luxury hospitality, private client management, or bespoke events sector.
  • Experience in relationship management, front office management, and/or hospitality duty management.
  • Familiarity with the operations of luxury rail or unique private dining experiences is a plus.
  • Experience in liaising with diverse internal teams (e.g., onboard staff, sales, culinary) and external partners.
  • Exceptional communication, organisational and administrative skills.
