As a Commis Pastry Chef at The Cadogan you will join our fantastic Kitchen team who look after each other, our amazing property and our guests. If you are looking to develop your skills and be part of the future of luxury, this is your moment.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Assisting the Chef de Partie in meal preparation.
  • Monitoring portion control and quantities of preparation to minimise waste.
  • Prepare ingredients for the meal service.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area, including handling knives and kitchen equipment safely.
  • Comply with nutrition and sanitation guidelines.
