Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Perform routine maintenance across all building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment.
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and carry out minor repairs and adjustments as needed.
- Monitor and inspect building systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance, energy efficiency, and early identification of issues.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest maintenance requests, resolving issues to a high service standard.
- Respond to emergencies and follow safety procedures to protect guests, staff, and property.
