As a Marketing Executive at The Cadogan you will join our fantastic Marketing team who look after each other, our amazing property and our guests. If you are looking to develop your skills and be part of the future of luxury, this is your moment.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Assist the Director of Marketing & Communications in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve the hotel's business objectives.
  • Support the team with social media reporting, community management and on-site shoot coordination.
  • Maintain a shared calendar of all marketing, PR, and restaurant promotional activity across the hotel.
  • Coordination of collateral design and creation between external designer and internal hotel team.
  • Work with the sales and B2B teams to keep toolkits up to date, championing Canva adoption and updates.
  • Collaborate with the global web team to keep hotel and restaurant websites updated.
  • Coordinate CRM deployments with a particular focus on restaurant email marketing.
  • Ensure all third-party digital platforms are kept up to date.
  • Support with on-site brand event programming.
  • Handle press bookings end to end, for both restaurant and hotel stays.

Requirements:

What You Bring:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in preferably hospitality marketing or educated to degree level in Marketing or Business Management with a 1 year's industry placement.
  • Familiar working with SevenRooms, Canva and Microsoft office tools would be beneficial.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organised.
  • Experience working in the luxury hospitality industry is a plus.
  • Applicants must have eligibility to work in the UK.
