Art & Design Manager

As an Art & Design Manager at Belmond Trains & Cruises, you are part of a team responsible for safeguarding our brand\’s visual identity consistently across multiple channels, departments and countries. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to establish and execute our visual direction, working closely with the Global Art Director to deliver exceptional creative, artistic and design solutions daily. Primary Responsibilities Include

• Defining and guiding the visual direction of both new and existing properties within the Trains & Cruises portfolio. This includes property branding, collateral, publications, printed materials, presentations, digital art direction, campaigns, and more
• Taking the lead in developing and overseeing your own design and branding briefs, managing the entire project lifecycle from brainstorming ideas to creating design concepts and collaborating with stakeholders
• Ensuring design consistency across different properties within the T&C portfolio worldwide, collaborating closely with property GMs to maintain branding to the highest standard.
• Working closely with external vendors, agencies and production teams to ensure the successful delivery of video, stills and other content
• Staying updated on industry trends and competitive talent in the creative field

Requirements

What You Bring

• Applicants must have eligibility to work in the UK
• 5+ years\’ experience in a similar role, with exposure in hospitality or luxury sectors
• Relevant management or field/industry-related diploma or degree
• Expertise in managing agencies, including partnership coordination, strategic direction, contract negotiation, and collaborative results delivery.
• Proven track record in developing and executing global PR strategies
