- Primary Responsibilities
- Set ambitious goals for the business.
- Contribute to short and long-term organisational planning and strategy and drive Company initiatives.
- Develop business strategies, including new business opportunities.
- Work towards ensuring high levels of Employee engagement, as well as positively contribute to the Employee engagement levels of the Company overall.
- Create a work environment that is high in employee morale and provides constant learning and development.
- Guide employees to work as a well-functioning team, able to set examples and foster inter-departmental relationships.
- Liaise regularly with key providers of business to the product to create and maintain positive relationships.
- Plan, forecast and budget the revenues and costs for the businesses.
- Allocate funds, authorise expenditures and assist in planning budgets for departments.
- Exceed guests' expectations through establishing a dynamic service culture within all teams.
- Implement measures to ensure that sustainability is at the forefront of all operations and considered in all decision making.
Qualifications
- Relevant senior level experience within the luxury hospitality industry.
- A business and/or hospitality related qualification (BA/MBA).
- Experience of consistently driving Excellence and reaching LQA targets
- Strong Leadership skills to manage and motivate the team as well as strong team spirit.
