As a Housekeeping Supervisor at Britannic Explorer, a Belmond Train, you are part of a team responsible for the maintenance of cabins and the close monitoring of cleanliness and standards aboard the train.
In this role, you will lead by example to ensure a level of service that exceeds customers' expectations.

Primary Responsibilities Include
- This is a seasonal role which runs from March to December 2026.
- Monitoring team members' effectiveness and implementing corrective action where required.
- Providing team members with correct equipment to enable them to undertake their roles successfully.
- Closely monitoring cleanliness and standards in cabins and public areas. Housekeepers tidy and clean cabins four times a day.
- Ordering linen and chemicals according to budget, ensuring stock is kept up to date.
- Ensuring the correct reporting of any maintenance issues and compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
- Applicants must have eligibility to work in the UK.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the luxury hospitality industry.
- Relevant management or field/industry related diploma or degree.
- Leadership skills and experience in managing a team.
- Experience in fixing tears, repairing seams and performing alterations of garments.
- Proven organisational and strong administration skills.
