There is an exciting opportunity to join Bellway, one of the UK’s largest house builders. Our South West Division are looking to recruit a Sales Progressor to join the Division’s Sales team.

The Role

The role of Sales Progressor is responsible for moving sales from reservation stage through to contract exchange and the completion and drive for this to happen in the shortest possible timescale as well as ensuring that maximum profit is achieved through the effective management of the sales team’s progression whilst giving a high level of service to our customers. • Ensure that our customers are given the highest levels of service at all times
  • Resolve any ad-hoc or minor queries that may not necessarily need to be directed to the legal team, allowing the conveyancers to focus on more complex enquiries and achieve a prompt exchange of contracts/completion
