Bellway is recruiting a Land Manager for the Southern Counties division, based in Redhill. You will help identify, appraise and progress residential land opportunities from initial assessment through to planning support and deal closure.
Working with the Land Director and Strategic Land team, you will build relationships with landowners, agents and local authorities, maintain accurate records and ensure opportunities progress efficiently and compliantly across the business.
