Bellway PLC, a leading UK housebuilder, is seeking an experienced Finance Director for the East Midlands Division. Based in Leicester, you will report to the Divisional MD and work with the Regional Finance Director to deliver robust financial insight, governance and performance across multiple live developments.
You will lead an established finance team, drive accurate management accounts, forecasting, cash flow reporting and cost controls, while influencing at board level with data-driven insights.
