I have an exciting opportunity to join the Technical Department at the Manchester Division of Bellway Homes based in Birchwood, Warrington. I am looking for an Architectural Technician, ideally with experience of working for another housing developer who can hit the ground running in a fast paced and very rewarding environment.
Reporting to the Design Manager you will be responsible for a number of live sites and supporting all other departments across the business. You should be proficient in AutoCad and have a good knowledge of the Building Regulations/NHBC Standards as well as being an excellent communicator.
