Bellway Homes in the Southern Counties division seeks a Land Manager in Redhill to steer the full land acquisition process from initial opportunities through to deals, planning support and project handover.
You will work with the Land Director and Strategic Land team to appraise sites, negotiate offers, support planning applications and help grow Bellway's residential development pipeline.
A collaborative, detail‑oriented environment with travel to development sites across the division is offered.
