Bellway Homes in Livingston, within our Scotland East Division, is seeking an experienced Estimator or Pre-Development Surveyor to help shape future developments across Midlothian, East Lothian, West Lothian and Fife.
Reporting to the Head of Commercial, you will prepare cost plans for land opportunities, liaise with Land, Commercial and divisional teams, and ensure viabilities meet group guidelines. Office based with site travel as required.
