Bellway Homes is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to manage the commercial aspects and budgets of residential developments within the Northern Home Counties Division, Milton Keynes. The role focuses on cost control, valuations and payments to sub-contractors, reporting to the Commercial Manager.
You will produce draft budgets, site start budgets, quarterly valuations, sub-contract payments, and final accounts, while ensuring compliance with the Group Commercial Policy.
