There is an exciting opportunity to join Bellway, one of the UK’s largest house builders. Our South West Division are looking to recruit a Sales Progressor to join the Division’s Sales team.
The Role
The role of Sales Progressor is responsible for moving sales from reservation stage through to contract exchange and completion, driving for this to happen in the shortest possible timescale while ensuring that maximum profit is achieved through the effective management of the sales team’s progression, whilst giving a high level of service to our customers. - Responsible for investigating and resolving any problems, particularly those sales involving multiple chains.
- Occasionally act as an additional point of contact to our customers to guide them through the contract/completion process, providing a central point of contact so the process runs smoothly, particularly when dealing with customers who may not be familiar with the legal terminology.
- Ensure that our customers are given the highest levels of service at all times.
- Resolve any ad-hoc or minor queries that may not necessarily need to be directed to the legal team, allowing the conveyancers to focus on more complex enquiries and achieve a prompt exchange of contracts/completion.
