The role includes:
- Meeting and greeting all guests, ensuring they receive a warm welcome
- Portraying a friendly, professional and courteous demeanour
- Responsible for the upkeep and cleanliness of your reception area
- Efficiently reporting any cleaning, maintenance, IT or H&S concerns to the office manager
- Answering all internal and external telephone calls in a timely, professional, warm and friendly manner
- Assisting others with general administration, typing reports, letters and ordering stationery
- Ensuring post is sent daily
Experience:
- Experience of working as a receptionist
Qualifications and Training:
- GCSE Maths and English – Grade 4/C or above (or equivalent)
Skills and Aptitude:
- Good administration skills
- Excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Ability to work independently, remaining focused and motivated
- A ‘can do’ positive attitude
- IT literate, with the confidence to learn new systems quickly and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Working Conditions:
- 5 days, 23.45 hours, worked from 8:30 am - 1:15 pm daily
- Flexibility to cover the morning receptionist as and when required
