Bellway is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor for its Durham Division, based in Houghton-le-Spring. The role supports County Durham and Teesside developments, reporting to the Commercial Director, with responsibility for budgets, valuations, and subcontract management.
The successful candidate will have prior QS experience with a residential house builder, knowledge of cost-control systems, and ideally COINS. Travel to sites within the divisional area is expected.
