Bellway Group in Cardiff is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to take ownership of the commercial performance for multiple developments between Bridgend and Gloucester. You will manage budgets, costs and valuations, and work closely with colleagues, contractors and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality homes across the region.
You will need extensive experience in residential housebuilding, strong cost-control knowledge, and familiarity with COINS.
