Following appointment on multiple, exciting large scale hotel projects, Interior Design Studio Bell&Swift are recruiting. We’re looking for an ambitious, talented individual to join us as Project Lead Interior Designer with the potential to progress to Associate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be an integral part of our team and contribute to our development and continued growth.
  • Lead projects from concept to completion with autonomy, delivering exceptional hospitality interiors.
  • Manage and mentor a team of designers, supporting our values and fostering creativity and collaboration.
  • Engage with clients, turning their visions into innovative designs that stand out.
  • Oversee project budgets, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring every detail aligns with quality and authenticity.
  • Build lasting relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent in Interior Design.
  • 5+ years commercial interior design experience, with a strong focus on hospitality interiors.
  • Proven leadership and project management experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
  • The ability to deliver a comprehensive technical drawing and specification package.
  • Clear communication within our team, and with our clients and partners.
  • A commitment to teamwork, quality, and authenticity.
