We’re investing in the development of our team and we’re looking for an experienced Interior Design Team Leader to help guide and inspire the next chapter of our studio’s journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of designers, nurturing their creative and professional growth.
  • Champion collaboration, continuous learning, and a supportive studio culture.
  • Oversee the creative process from concept to completion, ensuring quality, innovation, and alignment with client vision.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and consultants, representing our studio with professionalism and authenticity.
  • Contribute to the evolution of our design standards, processes, and culture.

Requirements:

  • Share our values of Ambition, Creativity, Team, Quality, and Authenticity.
  • Degree or equivalent in Interior Design or a related discipline.
  • 5 years’ experience in commercial interiors, ideally within hospitality design.
  • Proven leadership experience, with a track record of mentoring or managing a design team.
  • Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong creative and technical design skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and presentation abilities.
  • A collaborative mindset with a passion for developing others and driving design excellence.
