Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of designers, nurturing their creative and professional growth.
- Champion collaboration, continuous learning, and a supportive studio culture.
- Oversee the creative process from concept to completion, ensuring quality, innovation, and alignment with client vision.
- Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and consultants, representing our studio with professionalism and authenticity.
- Contribute to the evolution of our design standards, processes, and culture.
Requirements:

- Degree or equivalent in Interior Design or a related discipline.
- 5 years’ experience in commercial interiors, ideally within hospitality design.
- Proven leadership experience, with a track record of mentoring or managing a design team.
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong creative and technical design skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and presentation abilities.
- A collaborative mindset with a passion for developing others and driving design excellence.
