We are recruiting a Senior Interior Designer / Project Lead to support the continued delivery of high-profile hospitality projects. We are hotel design consultants specialising in large-scale refurbishment projects for global brands including Marriott, Hilton, IHG, and Accor. As a Senior Interior Designer / Project Lead, you will play a pivotal role in both design leadership and project delivery - guiding projects from concept through to on-site completion while inspiring and mentoring a talented team.
What You’ll Do- Lead and deliver large-scale hotel refurbishment projects from concept to on-site completion
- Take ownership of project direction, ensuring design integrity, quality, and commercial success
- Manage and mentor a team of designers, fostering growth, confidence, and creative excellence
- Collaborate with senior leadership to shape design strategy and studio direction
- Oversee the development and coordination of concept design and complex drawing packages
- Interpret and elevate client briefs into compelling, deliverable design solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and global brand partners
- Ensure projects align with brand standards while pushing creative boundaries
- Monitor project progress, timelines, and KPIs to ensure successful delivery
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative studio culture driven by creativity and accountability
- A confident and inspiring design leader with a hands-on approach
- Commercially aware, with a strong understanding of delivering value through design

- 7+ years’ experience in large-scale commercial interior design
- Proven experience leading projects through all RIBA stages (or equivalent)
- Experience in attending site, liaising with contractors and overseeing the construction stage of commercial projects
- Strong experience managing teams and mentoring designers
- Advanced capability in producing and coordinating detailed drawing packages
- Solid understanding of major hospitality brand standards
- Experience delivering bespoke, concept-led design solutions
- Comfortable working closely with senior leadership and contributing to studio growth
