We are recruiting a Senior Interior Designer / Project Lead to support the continued delivery of high-profile hospitality projects. As a Senior Interior Designer / Project Lead, you will play a pivotal role in both design leadership and project delivery - guiding projects from concept through to on-site completion while inspiring and mentoring a talented team.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead and deliver large-scale hotel refurbishment projects from concept to on-site completion
  • Take ownership of project direction, ensuring design integrity, quality, and commercial success
  • Manage and mentor a team of designers, fostering growth, confidence, and creative excellence
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to shape design strategy and studio direction
  • Oversee the development and coordination of concept design and complex drawing packages
  • Interpret and elevate client briefs into compelling, deliverable design solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and global brand partners
  • Ensure projects align with brand standards while pushing creative boundaries
  • Monitor project progress, timelines, and KPIs to ensure successful delivery
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative studio culture driven by creativity and accountability

Experience Required
  • 7+ years’ experience in large-scale commercial interior design
  • Proven experience leading projects through all RIBA stages (or equivalent)
  • Experience in attending site, liaising with contractors and overseeing the construction stage of commercial projects
  • Strong experience managing teams and mentoring designers
  • Advanced capability in producing and coordinating detailed drawing packages
  • Solid understanding of major hospitality brand standards
  • Experience delivering bespoke, concept-led design solutions
  • Comfortable working closely with senior leadership and contributing to studio growth
