Our organisation produces baked goods for retail and food service, specialising in cake and sweet pastry tart products. We supply all major UK retailers with ambient Free From ranges and a number of leading Coffee Shop Chains with ambient and frozen ranges.

Junior Concept Developer - What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Developing exciting new bakery concepts inspired by customer briefs, internal ideas and your own creative spark
  • Making delicious kitchen samples and supporting recipe paperwork so ideas are ready to share with customers
  • Exploring the marketplace with the team (yes, including taste safaris!) to spot trends and spark innovation
  • Getting involved in feasibility reviews and early production trials to help bring your creations to life
  • Finalising recipes, methods and quality standards once concepts are approved
  • Sharing your foodie knowledge with the wider New Product Development (NPD) team and learning from experienced developers
