We are seeking a professional and dedicated Spa Therapist to join our esteemed wellness centre. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences through a variety of therapeutic Holistic treatments. This role offers an excellent opportunity to utilise your skills in a busy spa enviroment, delivering personalised services that promote relaxation and wellbeing. The Spa Therapist will also contribute to the overall ambience of the centre, ensuring clients feel valued and cared for from the moment they arrive. Experience in management, social media management, and customer service is highly desirable, as the role involves engaging with clients both in person and online to enhance our centre\’s reputation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a wide range of treatments including body massage, and other specialised therapies with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Provide outstanding guest services, ensuring each client feels welcomed, comfortable, and satisfied with their experience.
• Manage front desk duties such as appointment scheduling, client check-in/out, and handling enquiries efficiently.
• Assist with social media management by creating engaging content to promote treatments and special offers.
• Upsell additional services and retail products to maximise client satisfaction and centre revenue.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the treatment areas in compliance with health regulations.
• Support management with organisational tasks as required, contributing to the smooth operation of the centre.
• Foster a welcoming atmosphere that reflects our commitment to hospitality and guest care.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new treatment techniques to continually enhance service quality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a spa or wellness environment, including skills in body massage and facials is essential.
• Strong management skills with the ability to oversee daily operations when necessary.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Proficiency in social media management for marketing purposes.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly yet professional demeanour.
• Ability to handle front desk responsibilities efficiently while maintaining a high standard of guest care.
• Experience in upselling treatments and retail products to optimise client satisfaction and centre profitability.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From £12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 30 per week
