Bellrock is seeking a Building Performance Engineer to support the Wakefield Council contract.

The role is home based with regular UK travel, working two days a week with the team in Wakefield.

You will aid the CM in delivering high-performing facilities services, ensure statutory compliance, and mentor operational teams.

Key duties include maintaining regulatory knowledge, managing PPM and audits, delivering MI reporting, and driving ESG-focused workspace improvements across properties
