Bellrock Group is looking for a CAFM Lead to join our Public Sector team. In this role, you will lead the mobilisation, implementation and optimisation of CAFM solutions across designated Public Sector contracts, ensuring successful delivery against programme milestones, data quality standards and contractual performance requirements. Working closely with operational teams, clients and key stakeholders, you will drive the effective use of CAFM systems to improve service delivery, maintain data integrity and support continuous improvement across the Public Sector portfolio. You will also provide CAFM expertise during contract mobilisations, transitions and new business opportunities, ensuring all solutions align with Bellrock's wider CAFM strategy and deliver value for both our clients and the business.

Key responsibilities

  • Public Sector CAFM Programme Delivery: Lead end to end CAFM mobilisation and stabilisation for Public Sector contracts. Own programme plans, milestones, risks and dependencies. Ensure data migration, configuration and go live readiness.
  • Contract Output Assurance: Align CAFM configuration with output specifications. Validate KPIs and reporting structures. Ensure compliance and statutory regimes are embedded.
  • Stakeholder Leadership: Act as senior CAFM lead for client governance meetings. Manage operational engagement across Hard & Soft FM teams (subcontractor integrations and alignment). Escalate strategic issues with solutions.
  • Data & Asset Integrity: Oversee asset verification integration into CAFM. Assure taxonomy alignment with enterprise standards. Ensure data quality at go-live.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify optimisation opportunities post mobilisation. Drive reporting enhancements and automation.

What does it take?

  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading CAFM teams or matrix management of CAFM related activity in a large organisation.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of CAFM systems, asset data classifications, taxonomies, and industry trends. Familiarity with reporting tools.
  • Client-Facing Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead client engagements, implement software solutions, and manage customer expectations effectively.
  • Commercial Mindset: Experience in financial control measures within an FM environment, with the ability to identify and secure opportunities for additional client services.
  • Process Knowledge: In-depth understanding of work order processes, schedules of rates, and the ability to design and deliver KPI reports.
  • Training Expertise: Experience in designing and delivering training programmes for new technology users.
  • Change Management: Experience in introducing and managing change protocols for workflows and data management.
  • Strategic Vision: Ability to develop standardisation models that allow for customisation to meet specific client requirements.
  • Educational Background: A degree in Facilities Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Industry Knowledge: Up to date with the latest developments in CAFM technologies and FM service delivery models.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Working arrangements
