We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and reliable plumber to join our team and carry out a range of plumbing planned/reactive maintenance and water hygiene tasks.

- And as a Plumber / Water Hygiene Technician with Bellrock, you’ll do it by…
- Perform basic plumbing reactive maintenance tasks including repairing/replacing taps and valves, unblocking sinks, toilets and drains, and repairing leaks.
- Assist senior engineers with more complex installations and repairs.
- Complete quarterly descaling of shower heads and hoses across the whole wing.
- Carry out weekly/daily flushing.
- Carry out weekly sampling for laboratory testing.
- Carry out six monthly thermostatic mixing valve servicing.
- Conduct risk assessments and inspections of water systems, including cold water tanks, pipework.
- Stay current with industry standards, codes, and regulations, ensuring compliance in all activities.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment status, and service reports.
- Ensure tools, materials, and equipment are used safely and stored correctly.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, including the correct use of PPE.
- Provide excellent customer service when working in occupied rooms/areas.
What does it take?

- Basic knowledge of plumbing systems and maintenance techniques.
- Familiarity with relevant guidelines and standards, such as ACOP L8, and HTM04‑01.
- Ability to use common plumbing tools and equipment.
- Previous experience in plumbing or a related maintenance trade.
