Business Administrator
Role Overview
The Business Administrator is responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the office to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
This role also involves handling administrative tasks, managing, and processing financial transactions, and maintaining accurate financial records.
The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, a background in accounting, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative support: provide administrative support to the team.
- To assist with preparing fee proposal, collation of reports and general project administration duties.
- Maintain office supplies, stationery, equipment, consumables, and facilities to ensure a well-functioning work environment.
- Coordinate company events, meetings.
- Monitor and action incoming mail to office email account.
- Data entry and management on document management system (Deltek PIM) (training will be provided).
- Assist with the Client account and processing invoices for payment.
Skills & Experience
- BSc/BSc (Hons) Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business administration, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) and business management and accounting software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive financial information.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new systems and processes.
- Strong customer service orientation.
