Working across client teams and Bellrock’s operational, commercial, technology and data functions, you’ll lead improvements across operating models, technology, processes, mobilisation and change.
You’ll lead a senior team and play a key role within the Intelligent Asset Care (IAC) Senior Leadership Team, helping create smarter, more effective property and facilities management services.
Key Responsibilities
- Mobilisation, transition and technology
- Support major client mobilisations, transitions, service redesigns and contract changes, ensuring transformation requirements are embedded from the outset
- Translate contractual obligations into a controlled obligations register and, from that, into the mobilisation, resource and assurance plans, covering TUPE and people transition, supply chain onboarding and asset and data transfer.
- Hold accountability for Concerto and wider CAFM deployment, configuration, integration, data migration, adoption and realisation of the benefits sold.
- Establish robust programme governance, reporting and benefit tracking, providing clear visibility of progress, risks, decisions and outcomes to senior stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships across Bellrock Group, bringing together expertise from Intelligent Asset Care, Technologies, Consulting and other specialist teams where this creates value for the client.
- Work with commercial and operational teams to ensure transformation initiatives are commercially viable, appropriately resourced and deliver sustainable value for both Bellrock and its clients.
- Client transformation and advisory
- Own the strategy, proposition and commercial performance of the Client Transformation practice.
Revenue, margin, forecasting, utilisation and resourcing across a concurrent portfolio of engagements.
- Lead and develop four direct reports, setting clear objectives, delivery standards, methods and succession within each function.
- Lead senior client engagements from problem diagnosis to an agreed route to outcome, particularly where the client cannot yet articulate the real estate problem, acting as senior escalation point for client executives.
- Design, test and assure target operating models spanning service model, sourcing strategy, organisational design, technology and data, and own the stage gates, readiness reviews and benefits cases that assure them.
- Own the practice's capital planning, optimisation and strategy capability as an advisory service, connecting investment cases to the operating model.
- Team leadership
- Support bids, solutioning and pricing where transformation, mobilisation or technology is decisive to the win and convert delivery into follow-on work.
- Maintain financial and change control, and compliance with Bellrock's health, safety, quality and information security obligations.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement, testing new approaches and scaling successful solutions across the client portfolio.
