Bellrock Group is a PE-backed, technology-enabled asset and facilities management business that is highly acquisitive. We are going through a business transformation, and we are looking for a Business Transformation Project Manager to join our growing PMO to lead the transformation of our Consulting Division.

As a Business Transformation Project Manager with Bellrock, you’ll do it by…

  • Project Planning and Scope Management: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that align with organizational goals, in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resource requirements, and budgets. Ensure project documentation and requirements are well-defined and approved by all stakeholders.
  • Resource and Budget Management: Identify resource needs and work with department heads to allocate team members and other resources to projects. Track and manage project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation, ensuring project spending aligns with budget constraints. Forecast project costs and identify potential budget risks, taking proactive steps to mitigate overruns.
  • Project Execution and Delivery: Lead project teams through project lifecycle stages, ensuring tasks are completed according to project timelines. Monitor day-to-day progress, identify any delays, and take corrective actions as needed to stay on track. Facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding of project goals and expectations.
  • Risk and Issue Management: Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and outcomes. Track issues and ensure timely resolution, escalating critical issues to leadership as necessary. Maintain a risk and issue log and regularly review with stakeholders to maintain transparency.
  • Stakeholder Communication and Reporting: Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders, summarising key milestones, risks, and resource needs. Facilitate meetings and presentations with stakeholders, keeping them informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure effective communication across project teams to ensure alignment and resolve any project-related challenges.
  • Change Management: Identify and engage stakeholders, addressing needs and concerns to build support. Assess how the project affects teams and roles, proactively addressing potential resistance. Implement clear communication strategies to keep teams informed and engaged throughout the project. Provide targeted training and resources to prepare end-users for changes. Gather feedback and adjust strategies to improve adoption and ensure long-term sustainability of changes.

What does it take?

  • Strong project management skills with expertise in project planning, scheduling, and resource management.
  • 10 - 15 years experience working in Business Transformation or similar.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana) and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies, such as Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Leadership: Ability to inspire, motivate, and manage project teams effectively.
  • Problem-Solving: Demonstrates proactive problem-solving skills and resourcefulness.
  • Adaptability: Works well under pressure and adapts to changing project requirements.

In this role, the successful candidate would be required to work from the London office, and working two days a week with the team and the rest of the week can be worked from home.
