Responsibilities

Operational Excellence

  • Understand and support the collation and utilisation of asset information
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders within the client s team structure
  • Understand and utilise the prompts within the Concerto CAFM system

To ensure the client s asset register is accurate. Updating the Concerto CAFM system with asset changes. Inputting the asset data provided by suppliers following asset replacement and reactive maintenance attendance, and ensuring the asset register is updated following store development projects. Coordinating asset tagging programmes and personally tagging sites in person as and when required (vehicle and accommodation provided).

Qualifications

  • Ideally experienced in facilities management, service operations, or delivery coordination
  • Ideally experienced in managing large and complex data sources
  • Ideally experienced in asset data collation and asset tagging
  • Understanding of asset management principals and asset life-cycles
  • Strong organisational and stakeholder skills
  • Adherence to processes and procedures
  • Understanding how to manage client relationships
  • Commercial acumen
