Overview
To be the first point of contact to resolve Concerto Support queries through the ticketing system. As a Change Coordinator, you’ll also play a key role in supporting successful change across systems, people, and processes.
Responsibilities
- Resolving queries relating to Concerto (Online CAFM System) through the ticketing system.
- Testing and escalating system bugs and errors to the relevant teams for resolution.
- Supporting weekly mobilisation communications to update Bellrock stakeholders on new clients, exits, and live projects.
- Leading or assisting with teams training sessions, user testing, and creating training documentation for Concerto and other systems.
- Coordinating CCN activities across departments, ensuring alignment between teams and clear communication of change impacts.
- Maintaining change and training logs; reporting progress to relevant leads.
- Undertaking any other duties in line with the nature and scope of the role.
- Excellent IT skills and confidence in using a variety of business systems.
- Experienced in developing clear, user-friendly training materials and documentation.
- Comfortable delivering one-to-one or small group training.
- Strong organisational and coordination skills.
- Ability to work with diverse stakeholders across departments.

Working pattern
We embrace smarter working practices which offer our employees the opportunity to work flexibly and remotely where roles and business needs allow. In this role, the successful candidate would be required to work from the Leicester office. Working pattern: two days a week in the office with the team and the remaining days working from home. Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with an hour for lunch.
