The primary purpose is to use data and analytics to create information and insight to improve the efficiency, cost-effectiveness and overall performance of Bellrock's supply chain. Gathering, organising and analysing data from various sources from across the business and within the supply chain to identify areas for improvement and to mitigate risks.
As a Supply Chain Data Analyst with Bellrock, you’ll:
- Collect, cleanse, and analyse data from Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) systems and other operational platforms related to planned and reactive maintenance activities.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, performance scorecards, and KPI reports for internal stakeholders and clients.
- Monitor and track service performance against SLAs, KPIs, and compliance targets.
- Support the development of monthly and quarterly operations and financial reporting packs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, internal stakeholders and the client through collaboration while building trust.
- Support the account team and Supply Chain Manager with tracking, reporting and analysis of commercial and performance data to provide insights to the business.
- Utilise data and trends to provide innovative insight that will enable commercial, operational and ESG improvements as well as innovative value add.
- Prepare scheduled and adhoc reports and presentations for senior stakeholders including the monthly Procurement & Supply Chain Group ELT report.
What does it take?
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.
- (Ideally) degree educated.
- Experience of procurement and/or supplier management preferably in property, construction, engineering or a service context.
- Experience in managing complex / large-scale data and reporting, using Microsoft products.
