As a Sales Development Representative with Concerto, you will:

  • Use phone, email, video, and social networking tools to uncover and nurture new opportunities.
  • Identify and understand the pains and needs of prospects and qualify their interest.
  • Conduct market research and analyze to uncover new markets.
  • Learn and understand relevant value propositions, products, and solutions, and communicate them effectively to prospects.
  • Engage with and influence multiple organizational levels, including senior leadership.
  • Schedule meetings between prospective customers and sales teams.
  • Attend shows and support marketing efforts for Concerto.
  • Meet or exceed monthly attainment goals.
  • Maintain high-quality standards.

Working arrangements

We promote flexible working practices, allowing employees to work remotely where roles and business needs permit. The successful candidate will work from Concerto Liverpool Monday to Friday, 08:30-17:00, with a 1-hour lunch break.
