To deliver a high standard of customer service for the client, building users, staff and visitors by delivering an efficient ‘front of house’ service including reception services, switchboard and facilitating mail and deliveries.
To aid and assist the Facilities Manager in delivering all services, ensuring compliance and contractual obligations are met throughout, whilst maintaining an efficient and operational building through administrative support.

And as a Receptionist with Bellrock , you’ll do it by
- To support the Facilities Manager and Head Caretaker in delivering the Facilities Management services in adherence with the contractual obligations under the PFI contract agreement.
- Provide a professional reception service ensuring a positive first impression of Bellrock FM services and the Castle Hill Centre.
- Meeting and greeting building users, staff and visitors to the centre and dealing with their requirements efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure all building users, staff and visitors sign in and are aware of emergency evacuation procedures.
- Signposting visitors to the centre for meetings and training in accordance with site procedures.
- Courteously dealing with incoming telephone calls to the centre directing them accordingly.
- Taking delivery of mail and parcels to the centre and facilitating them in accordance with site procedures.
- Administering room bookings for meetings and training ensuring room set ups are booked and hospitality requirements are ordered and reconciled.
- Assist the Facilities Manager in ensuring that all contractual and additional reception duties in accordance with Service Specifications are met.
- Assist in maintaining the site helpdesk by logging calls regarding faults, failures and issues and ensuring they are actioned accordingly through to completion.
- Provide a first port of call to contractors attending site to carry out planned or reactive works and ensure site procedures are adhered to.
- Undertake administrative duties as requested by the Facilities Manager
- Support the Facilities Manager with small projects collating information and data.
- Fulfil any reasonable request by the Facilities Manager, for any other task or duty related to the delivery of the Facilities Management contract

Working arrangements

In this role, the successful candidate would be required to work from our location working in Bolton, working 22.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 12.30pm to 5pm.
