We are seeking a FM Helpdesk Operator to ensure all duties are performed to a high standard in a professional manner. You will support management in maintaining strong partnerships with Exchequer Partnership, GPA, and contractors.

How will you be the change?

Every role is vital in providing peace of mind for our customers and driving us further. As an FM Helpdesk Operator, you will:

  • Answer all calls within 10 seconds.
  • Log requests accurately on the CONCERTO system with correct job and service categories.
  • Provide requestors with call reference numbers promptly.
  • Inform requestors of the course of action within specified timeframes.
  • Monitor and action voicemail messages.
  • Assign requests to the correct contractors with sufficient information.
  • Ensure communication passes effectively between contractors and requestors.
  • Follow procedures and update them as needed.
  • Follow up on outstanding requests.
  • Update requestors on progress and inform them of request closure upon completion.
  • Assist with training new starters in the helpdesk team.

What does it take?

To succeed, you should demonstrate teamwork, responsibility, problem-solving, and communication skills, along with good time management and organizational abilities. Proficiency in Outlook, Google Chrome, and helpdesk software is essential.

Working arrangements

This role offers flexible and remote working options, with the requirement to work from HM Treasury, London, SW1A 2HQ, Monday to Friday, during shifts 07:45-16:15 or 09:30-18:00.
