We are seeking a confident and assertive Senior Implementation Project Manager to join the team. Each PM supports several Professional Services Consultants, ensuring the successful delivery of client implementation projects and internal initiatives. This role requires someone who can take control of projects, lead from the front, and manage both internal teams and customers with clarity and authority.
You will be responsible for project governance, resource planning, financial forecasting, and ensuring that delivery remains on track, on time, and within scope.
Key responsibilities:- Lead the delivery of multiple concurrent SaaS onboarding projects across public and private sector clients.
- Manage and hold customers accountable for agreed timelines, deliverables, and scope.
- Appropriately control changes to scope, timelines, and priorities, ensuring change governance and commercial terms are enforced.
- Direct and support Professional Services consultants, ensuring consistent delivery standards and project hygiene.
- Maintain detailed project plans, resource schedules, and risk registers.
- Ensure all project documentation is created, maintained, and shared appropriately.
- Drive adherence to delivery best practices, including meeting agendas, note-taking, and follow-up communications.
- Act as the escalation point for project issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Collaborate with finance and leadership to forecast revenue and track project profitability.
- Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and steering groups with internal and external stakeholders.
- Champion continuous improvement and contribute to the evolution of Concerto's delivery methodology.
